Work part 1 is complete, I go back in at 5pm for an hour to seal the leak once the polyurethane has gelled. The Design Engineer who came up with that particular tool sealing method will be introduced to Mr Slappy Slappington on Tuesday.

Yes......seriously though, I've decided get fit. I've had enough of being ill with man flu and all the other ailments I've caught in the last 6 months. I am also fed up with two years of hospital visiting......so now I'm going to try and regain some fitness. There might even have been some targets/goals set but I'm not telling anyone what they are, in case I change my mind.

Yeah, I've been saying something similar since the start of the year.
