We've got a couple of Salmon Tail fillets with baby new Potatoes, Broccoli and Carrots. Can't decide whether to make a Parsley sauce or a Dill sauce to have with em.

I'll have to go out to get the double cream to make that though, whereas I can make the Parsley sauce with the ingredients already in the house.

Ooh, I've finally arrived at the end. Unless someone else's mundaneness appears before I finish typing!
Just been talking to my mum on the phone who reminds me that I never did like change. I never wanted to move up to the next class at school apparently. Well, this September I've been asked to move down from key stage 1 into Early Years, which I've agreed to but it's been difficult to hide that I'm finding it hard to get used to the idea. Lots of ice to break next week.
( key stage 1 is ages 5 to 7. Early years is ages 3 to 5.)
At least it's a 3 day weekend and a 4 day week to follow.
For those of us who actually have a working week, enjoy your weekend!

Glad I went over the Co-op for the cream, tonights dinner has been altered a bit, they had some Asparagus
(admittedly it's Italian, not British but still.)
