Been out for another 14 miles on the canal and trail, even treated myself to an ice cream.

Another lovely day. I missed it until 11 as had a lie in. Back stiff after physio and gym. Popped out to meet the missus for a coffee at lunch, then washed and hoovered the cars. Done in now.

Another day another visit to the Docs... I get to go tomorrow & monday too woo hoo....such excitement... although I may miss the joy of Monday as Mum is home.... tomorrow is a very very exciting one with a nurse... it is a sit & wait.... which for me may turn into a drop & run & call me when you want picking up....

I just looked at the front page of the Guardian and there's so much news I'm reeling. Prince, Brazilian cycle paths, all diesels exceeding emissions limits on the road, Conservative government part-nationalising steel. Astonishing.
