One of my cats has left home.

I think she has decided to live at the end of the garden, rather than in the house. She condescends to visit me when she is hungry. She eats her meals then returns to the end of the garden.
2 of ours do that, Merlin and Fifi, but they aren't 'fussy' cats.

Sasha went through a stage like that a few weeks ago. I was quite worried but all is well now.

I think she found a boyfriend but has now ditched him.

I saw my 'new' new physio today. Had to run through everything as the previous chap didn't record any of the details. Ouch did it hurt. She did some spinal mobilisation and trigger point relaxing - some pain was inflicted. Back is still stiff but I have some new 'movements' - not quite stretches, to improve my sitting posture and mobilise my back. Didn't get charged because of the records issue. Going back twice a week at first to get stuff working and she has suggested a gait analysis to look for any underlying problems since the accident.

And the heater.
Nope

A friend of mine is a physio. She says if it doesn't hurt, the physio isn't doing it properly.

Let me give you a quote

"Matthew will make Kent a safer place"

Sorry Matthew, no you won't that will be the Police who are the actual ones that will do that 24/7 365. Not you in your 9-5 office being employed using money that could be better spent fighting crime.:angry::angry:

I was under the impression that there were more police officers than ever before, but they're rarely seen on the beat.

Our local Conservative party has all of those

You mean your other local political parties don't? I find that hard to believe.
