[Gravity Aided]

I just ate dinner. We went to get take out from a local pizzeria, who have just replaced their sign of many years standing with a sign twice as big, but otherwise almost the same as the old sign. Progress. Oh, and I got a 1985 Trek 600 that was used, at the cycle shop, traded in for a Specialized. $150 American for a 61cm 531 frame hung with Shimano 600 tricolor, hand made in Waterloo Wisconsin. Technium is going to get sold tomorrow.

Why does Pilates make me ache so much afterwards, it's supposed to help.... I think it does but I always have an achy body on a Friday or Saturday!

Yesterday, to the Stratford Velodrome!! Friendly people getting you fitted with bike and kit then an hour of getting used to a fixed wheel and gradually going higher in the banking. The last 15 minutes, they wind you up and let you go! Haven't enjoyed myself so much for a long time! If you get a chance, try it! I may very well do it again!

I'm planning to do that with mates though probably at the Newport Velodrome... But so far I've been too nervous to commit to a date to try it! You are making me think I ought to overcome the fear and try it!

It means you're either working hard enough or you're working muscles that normally don't get worked. Yoga does that for me.
