Back from my 11 miler, sun was indeed out but the temperature is not very high, was starting to regret wearing the fingerless mitts until I warmed up a bit.

My usual route is still being disrupted, gawd knows what they are doing but they've been doing it for weeks now.

Puddles

Do I need to get the spray plaster out?
I have an eye condition called bleppy something or other, that I have not had a flare up of in ages... this morning I wake up with eyes stuck together and big bulges underneath them and general gritty ouch... so I pop to the doctor (surprised I got an appointment today) where he reminded me I have this condition and no it is not conjunctivitus... so he then tried to decide what caused it... and lo and behold it is most likely that the massage eye thing at the beauticians caused it along with cleansing and toning and putting eye cream on  so I said to him so really I ought to just not bother and stay a skanky mess then? as when I did not do all these "nice" things it had gone away

I might go out for a ride in a bit, but I'm having a cup of coffee while I decide.
I did, and it was good! Overcast, but no actual rain to speak of. Feeling 32 miles fresher now!!! :hyper:

The camera is in the shop for a few days. They've said they'll fix it for free, which goes to show - yet again - that it's worth buying local.

It's now raining so I'm hiding in Evil Starbucks.
That's very nice of them indeed!:okay:

And rain... I was lucky then because after the early mist it has been dry and sunny, I've had ankles AND arms out.... :sun: And I've also had that not so nice taste of sunscreen for the first time this year!
