When I got to see one for my knee issue I was in and out in 10 minutes, didn't bother going back again.

In and out the last two times, and he was going to sign me off as he was a locum and wouldn't be back. I said I'm in agony and can't bend, so he said come back in 3 weeks. So, 3 5-10 minute appointments in 9 weeks.

I have relented and let the ginger ninja out. He does not go beyond the garden yet as he cannot climb the fences so it's just grass and patio and i will keep an eye on his sore bits. He does not seem at all phased by his op and the bits are healing nicely.

Need to pop into town so the bike will be coming out. I am currently bidding on another saddle for my tourer, the same as my road bike so i don't have to keep changing them over.

I had a daft dream this morning, I was going down the High street in Chippenham face down like the Cresta Run but on a board with wheels. It was fun and I narrowly missed a bus pulling out, I just ignored it. I think I need to get out.
