Do I need to get the spray plaster out?
I have actually tried that:laugh:

Err I am fresh out of ideas then, especially if he has stuffed his face too.....

Foggy morning!
Gwen is really dim, she was complaining that she had enough of her food and it needed covering over. I placed a piece of card over which seemed to satisfy her for a few minutes and the she started up again, she couldn't find her food underneath the card.
As for being ex farm kittens which would never be tamed, well!

I am not looking out the window yet.... Eldest small person has an attitude this morning coupled with an urge to wind his sister up...

I should be supervising packing of TKD kit... I am drinking coffee... there is still time to dash about doing that before school...

Post office run today, along with getting pennies for TKD instructor for this term, shopping and a million other things...

Drizzly here too and dark.

Off for my 5 minutes with the NHS physio this morning. My back isn't progressing well, horrendous pain above and below the fractures, but not near the fractures. Booked in for private physio tomorrow afternoon. My employers are coming to see me tomorrow morning.

Still having major issues with sitting up - as well as the pain, my legs don't work well if I've been sitting upright for some time, so I'm suspecting some compression to my spinal cord. Nearly fell down the steps at the cinema last week as I couldn't pick my feet up after two hours in the chair (my first cinema visit since the accident). Same issue with walking, if I've been upright for a while, I can't bend and struggle to get in the car. Afternoons and evenings are getting very painful, and I hit the slow release morphine yesterday morning, and tramadol at night. I try and avoid the pain killers as they make me feel OK, then I make it worse (like yesterday).

I hope that the physio can help you.
