Did you get told off in Tadpolish?I went up to the pond a while ago and sprinkled some fish food for the tadpoles to eat, and then got told off that I had given them too much.
Drizzly here too and dark.
Off for my 5 minutes with the NHS physio this morning. My back isn't progressing well, horrendous pain above and below the fractures, but not near the fractures. Booked in for private physio tomorrow afternoon. My employers are coming to see me tomorrow morning.
Still having major issues with sitting up - as well as the pain, my legs don't work well if I've been sitting upright for some time, so I'm suspecting some compression to my spinal cord. Nearly fell down the steps at the cinema last week as I couldn't pick my feet up after two hours in the chair (my first cinema visit since the accident). Same issue with walking, if I've been upright for a while, I can't bend and struggle to get in the car. Afternoons and evenings are getting very painful, and I hit the slow release morphine yesterday morning, and tramadol at night. I try and avoid the pain killers as they make me feel OK, then I make it worse (like yesterday).
I hope that the physio can help you.
Insist on it.The private one will. NHS physio is useless as they don't have the time to help.
When I got to see one for my knee issue I was in and out in 10 minutes, didn't bother going back again. The private one will. NHS physio is useless as they don't have the time to help.
Is it real?
