Nearly 9 miles in the sunshine walking round Carsington Water today, and there were Swifts picking off the flying things just above the water. Swifts! Summer is coming

Several cobwebs have been removed and there are aching legs all round. So good to get back in the proper outside at last.

We started out walking round Alcester in the sunshine this morning, we then had to find a Cafe to sit out a shower. We moved on to Coughton Court and had an interesting tour of the house, we had to put on shoe covers before we went round. Our explore of the grounds however was cut short by a heavy hail shower. But we've had a good day.

Certainly not today on this beach though apparently tomorrow is due to be lovely.

I've got a wet backside due to cycling over to No 1 daughters house, with a food parcel, during a rainstorm.
I should have waited half an hour and stayed dry. Still, where's the fun in that!?

Went to Corsham with a friend to see a model railway exhibition. They had some pretty good layouts in different scales. The amount of realism they put into it is outstanding. On the way back we went through a wet snow/ hail storm.
