My daughter just told me that her boyfriend really likes the Park Tool chain cleaning thingy and says that it is a lot quicker and easier than using a toothbrush. I've still got to get my chain dirty yet.

Wednesday today, definitely. Tomorrow I'm off to Gloucester. Nobody could accuse me of having a desk job.

I've just had my hair cut... (I'm not fond of the process).... and I hate having my hair washed in those uncomfortable bowls .... it really hurts my neck!!! (I suspect I should actually mention it and get them to adjust the chair rather suffering in extreme pain!)

You must definitely ask them to adjust the chair. It's meant to be a pleasant experience!

I had my hair cut last Wednesday after my bike ride. I had a shower and turned up with wet hair. When asked why it was wet I explained and said that it just needed a bit of conditioner on. However the lady started washing my hair again but I didn't say anything as the massage was so relaxing that I nearly nodded off. Bliss.
