Blimey it's cold out there....I set off for a 35 mile ride at 8am got to the end of the road and came back for an extra layer of clothes. I set out again and after 12 miles decided to come back because I couldn't feel my hands and feet. 24 miles done but I was chilled to the core.

I've been furtively perusing Mrs Plumtree's pension statement, and one thing stands out like a very sore thumb. She's much more valuable dead than she's ever likely to be whilst alive!

No its fine -the vet sorted the crowing problem out - dogs back to barking -equilibrium restored!
