Funny you should mention Wigan. There was an article in the paper today about stupid questions that people ask their councils under the Freedom of Information Act. Some guy in Wigan pestered his council with questions about what they were doing to protect the town from dragons! (Maybe not so stupid now we all know you are packing heat).
