My Firefox has been upgraded, what a pile of Poo, things that were easy to access are now hidden in menu's

I've used Firefox for years and have been happy with it, this new version though has moved useful stuff onto a menu where I have to go look for it rather than on the toolbar where I can go straight too it, now I've had time to play with it I've found out how to move stuff out of the menu and onto the toolbar, makes me a bit happier with it.
