I remember MacDonald's when it was just a white-tiled building housing the kitchen and counter, with drive-up and picnic tables. Choices were Hamburger 25 cents, Cheeseburger 30 cents, and fries were a dime. I forget what shakes and sodas were. Must have been the early 1960's. Some people over here say they grew up on MacDonalds', but they must not have liked their mother's or wifes' cooking. I can think of a lot of better ways to spend the considerable amount of money MacDonalds' costs anymore.
