At what rate are they bubbling. Too fast & if you're lucky maybe just the bung & airlock will blow out. If you're unlucky, the demi john may just explode.

I think it's ok. The juice had already fermented for some days in an open bucket. These are going "bloop..... bloop....... bloop....." not "bloopbloopbloopbloop"
