Yodel failed to deliver my new printer, which I needed to make a hard copy formal complaint as my old printer died as it was printing it. (''Premises closed, gates locked, parcel on hold" - I, however, don't have so much as a garden gate, lying toerags) So I've made another complaint but the promised return call didn't come, so I'll have to make a complaint about making a complaint for something I needed to make a different complaint. This is turning into a full time job.
