No desert here, just UK sunshine

I cycle 22miles into work and 22miles home, both of the water bottles carry 600ml each, I push hard and I sweat quite readily, so I can easily drink both bottles en route (although I pick the proper place to do so if still pedalling).

Wow Frood!! ...sounds thirsty work!
I used to get bad cramp in my left leg on rides over 20 miles which just a pinch of salt and sugar solved nicely.
