I've just had a bowl of butternut squash soup with my bread ration for lunch.

More interesting than mine. 2 slices of sourdough with homemade vegan pâté.
Breakfast was 2 slices of sourdough with raspberry jam spread very thinly (and not by me). My treat at 4pm is a homemade scone which had around 110 calories in it.

Whilst at work today, a colleague went to the cafe and bought me a sausage sandwich with brown sauce.

I walked 350m in 20 minutes which means I finally average 1 km/h!
