I haven't been out either, appearing to recover from my upset stomach I went back to work yesterday, it was too soon, by last night I was back where I was Wednesday, so instead of spending my birthday with family and friends I've spend it on the settee, with a regular dash to the bog, I was looking forward to our trip into town this morning and seeing our granddaughter see Pepper pig and father Xmas, instead my good lady had to go without me.

Happened on The Simpsons a number of years ago. Homer Simpson changed his name to Max Power.

Thank you, I'm much better this morning, I'm looking at a half decent cycling morning and cursing, its rest and recovery I need not miles under the wheels today.

Unfortunately we don't get paid when we're sick so we tend to just keep turning up as long as we can.
