No. They are for mudguards/rack. (At least, that's what they look like to me. I could be wrong)Are these holes for a rear derailleur hanger?
No, something more like this. This one?
in that case you need to buy a different frame to fit the deraileur hanger and derailleur too, and then transfer over all the shifters wheels saddle bars etc. over to the new frameYes, but I wanted a new rear derailleur that has a mounting system like the first rear derailleur that I posted.
No, something more like this.

Maybe not exactly that but basically something like it. Has a slot that lines up with the dropout and underneath has the derailleur mount.
No, you need one like @Dogtrousers gave a link to, most bike shops should have em in stock. This one?
Old ones too. the standard M10 thread mounting has never changed. This should work with any modern rear derailleur right?
Yes and no.This derailleur should work right as long as I get this derailleur adapter right?
Also the rear derailleur supports 8 and 9 speed freewheel so will it work with a 6 speed freewheel?
Can I ask why is it you are dead set on buying a like for like replacement such as these below,This derailleur should work right as long as I get this derailleur adapter right?
