Haggerston isn't on my map, (but then, it is the December 2009 pocket version), so I am a bit thrown by that one.

However, going back to Lyttelton's Law of Certainty which is part of the Tudor Court Rules, I'll have to go with Cannon Street. You can always rely on good old Cannon Street to follow through.
