I may have to invoke the Principles of Lotskiberg's randonnement if you would like to utilise foreign Capitals. Bear in mind that Lotskiberg was, in fact from the Ukraine, so his geographical knowledge was skewed in favour of his Political Aims.
Sorry for the delay. Needed to do some research. I was fortunate to be present at the British Forces Germany final at RAF Bruggen in '79 where the opening call was Koln Hauptbanholf which was ruled in invalid under the false start rule. This precedent was upheld in the UK final in '91 between Glasgow Tongs ye Bass and North Wales Charlies sponsored by Irn Bru.
As the game is in progress and no out of zone 3 and 4 rules have been declared my opinion is Oxbob to miss a turn and must start at King Cross next turn
Can't quite believe Oxbob had the nerve to try that. It would have been brilliant if he had pulled it off though - what verve and panache. Still, worth a try.
