Sorry for the delay. Needed to do some research. I was fortunate to be present at the British Forces Germany final at RAF Bruggen in '79 where the opening call was Koln Hauptbanholf which was ruled in invalid under the false start rule. This precedent was upheld in the UK final in '91 between Glasgow Tongs ye Bass and North Wales Charlies sponsored by Irn Bru.

As the game is in progress and no out of zone 3 and 4 rules have been declared my opinion is Oxbob to miss a turn and must start at King Cross next turn
