Well he was sort of right, neutral service bike wheel wasn't compatible. In the old days of rim brakes, that wouldn't have been a problem.

New Team TT rule for next week for Paris Nice. A leader can ride away from his team and get his time over the line, not of 4th rider. Expect Vingegaard and Pogacar to attack their team in last kilometers 😁

👍ah that makes more sense, so keep as a team whilst you think there are benefits and then go it alone thereafter.

So a really good TT monster could set a time for a climber type leader that the leader might be physically unable to achieve even as part of a team.

As far as I know Rich.Its not a UCI change so guess they'll just try it out there and maybe use it elsewhere ?
