CO2 with controllable valve as @Hacienda71 aluded to.
Normally 2 tubes and 2 canisters. What I mean is 1 tube and 1 canister really

Changed to co2 and have NOT looked back. Screw mini pumps. Not worth carrying

C02 cartridges get mighty cold when discharging, wear a glove or better still get someone else to hold it.

Pop them inside a latex glove, stops them from rattling. You can then wear the glove to stop it freezing your fingers.
