mickleing a chain???

i have heard many people saying recently they mickle their chain what the h*ll does this mean?

It's dead easy. Best use an old rag. Ideal options are old cotton t-shirts. Wipe chain clean, drop oil on rollers, spin chain a few times. Wipe down again.
 
I use old towels (from a charity shop). They can't sell them by law and if you explain its for a bike, they are usually more than happy to give you more than you can carry for a small donation. Just watch the ends when you cut them up, they can fray. Great for also drying the bike off after washing it.

WD40 is best, not..

I'm currently using whatever my old Volvo used to be fed, seems to work OK. Others use chainsaw oil, some even buy 'proper' chain lube...
