We had fairly heavy snow for a period of time yesterday, one of my colleagues (who has recently moved to Scotland from Englandshire) commented "If we'd had this in Suffolk we'd have gone into meltdown, people would have been eating their own legs..."Just watched the BBC reporting on the snow from Canterbury, he reporter spouted 'treacherous' 'blizzard' 'disruption' whilst standing in what is best described as a sprinkling of white stuff that hadn't even bothered to join up to form a complete covering. I could hear the whole of Scotland swearing at their tellys.
