That's a lot of riding (at least compared to my 6000 miles pa).
Good effort :thumbsup:.

I replace my chains at 0.75% having found out the expensive way that any more wear has usually taken out the cassette and sometimes a chain ring.
FWIW, I use KMC chains and I lube little and often with Muc-Off wet (I live in Manchester ;)) "ceramic".
Other lubes haven't given longer chain life and they've washed off more easily in the rain.

As long as the bcd is the same no problem, geezo Biopace rings had those on my old MTB from the 90s :-D to think all these top riders are now riding Q rings and what not now.
