What about looking at Durano's? The same build, but with less of the puncture resistant stuff, and obviously lighter. Probably cheaper as well

Do the duranos come in a size wide enough to replace a 40mm tyre? Ive had a look an the schwalbe website but they seem to stop at a 35 I think, or might have been a 32. They do look like a possible option though, much cheaper :-)

32mm max as far as I know.
