Bit daft of her but she didn't do any damage to anyone, just made a timing mistake.
If Magna was in a car and the other cyclist filtered up the inside and placed herself in front of his bumper at the lights, no one here would bat an eyelid.

Actually I would. I've often said that filtering to the front isn't required and is riskier than sitting one or two cars back. It was impolite of her to pull in front of me and she did officially red light jump. However, her wobbling in front of me isn't the real issue here, it is her close call with the oncoming car that got me concerned.

I'm sure she knew she made a mistake, though I doubt she would be flirting!
I've already suggested that I thought she might be showing off it just isn't worth it as it nearly ended in tears.
I should point out that there is no sound as I haven't had a chance to send the faulty microphone back, so there is no sound on my recordings at the moment.

A few points:
- She filtered in front of you, but didn't get in your way.
- She thought about going but stopped sensibly
- granted she is a fashion victim
- But she's on a bike!!!
- She probably clocked all the camera equipment and thought you'd hold her up, especially since your 'Best Boy' and 'Key Grip' was running along side you.
Oh, and stop shaking your head in a self righteous manner, it buggers up your framing.

I don't think she realized that car was coming as fast as it did. I'd have engaged her in conversation and had a chat. She looked embarrased for mucking things up.
