I have finally got the new Holdsworth back out of the shed, four months later, and fitted it with brake cable long enough to work properly. I also removed the ill-advised rack which I don't really need on it. Summer-weight commuter bike good to go.

No more turn, stop, lie down.
Which has to be viewed as good news.
