Can't comment on Lincolnshire, however north Lancs is very nice  ...but my question is, why doesn't @AndyWilliams look anything like he does on his album covers?

Why have you gone fromf Grantham area to Boston? No dont go there..
grantham area is very nice and Stamford is a top place but its pricey,id love to live in Stanford melton and Oakham area which are Rutland but your talking 25miles sth from Grantham

Just been looking on Right Move at places, some nice Bungelows popped up in Boston. Like I said, I need help knowing the good and bad areas.

As close to Grantham would be nice but not to near the town centre. Or at max 45 minute drive for Grantham but in Lincolnshire.

You would want to be on the South side of boston really. It can get very boring trying to get through boston during "rush-hour".
Frampton, Wyberton, Kirton, Swineshead (its on the main road to Grantham), Sutterton to name a few.
Boston gets too busy at times with traffic. I'd move back to one of the villages if i could.

Slough is overly populated with Eastern Europeans but with people full stop. I live next door to a house of 13 sharing and on an estate which is bursting at the seams with people.
When I am in Lincolnshire I don't see half as many people as Slough, Berkshire.
So cramped here and noisy, far too busy. Its green-land, peace and quiet we're after.

Then as I said earlier the nicer cliff top village, Navenby would fit the bill nicely I would imagine, How much do you want to spend as prices vary massively from area to area.

Plenty of places in Boston fit that description, I would stay away from the fenland if I was you. Mind you how should I know you might enjoy it entirely as my view of it may be well different.

Just a thought for you, I have a doctors appointment tomorrow evening, I had to book it over a month a go to get it, so check the doctors in the area you want to live in, ask the locals what they are like.

Are you checking other customers' passports, or how do you know? Some of us English aren't as rubbish at languages as the stereotype ;) Mluvite anglicky? (Or however it's written...)

Pop up here and come visit some shops with me, see if I am right.

Doesn't HAVE to be Boston, just Right Move showed some nicer places, guess that will change over months of looking. From what I have read its not an area to spend 300k in and probably too far from Grantham. Sleaford looks good.

1/2 hour from Grantham would be nice.

Dr's appointments are a hit an miss across the country, I have come to the conclusion if its that bad I'll walk into the A&E dept. Otherwise it'll have to wait. August to February for a chest infection check in Slough, only got that cause my breathing was bad.

So a months wait is good to me
