Lights - Flashing or Not?

RT - from your elevated viewpoint, what kind of lights show up the best?

I am riding with a rear flashing and a front flashing during the day...if I were riding at night I would add fixed lights and a proper full beam front to see where I was going

What a dumbass I am - saw the thread title and had been thinking, hearing and reading of Christmasy things... thought the thread was about Christmas tree lights

Hence I voted non-flashing but would like to change my vote for cycle lights to flashing please
