Bit of a hunt around Google suggests an aluminium frame and a carbon fork. Looks a bit grubby but can't see anything that looks as though it needs an instant replacement.

£400 is a bit much I think, but that price reflects a mid-range groupset, rather than the bottom of the rung.

I'd probably be willing to pay around £150-£200, assuming it's just a clean up it needs.

It's the massi or a carrera tdf ltd pro? Any ideas?

I'd go for the Massi myself. Entry level Campag components are superior to those from Shimano. Plus you'll get a carbon fork rather than steel. From an aesthetic point of view the welds are far neater too, unless Carrera have bucked up their ideas.

If you want a new bike, there's nowt wrong with the TdF. Depending on the abilities of your local Halfords mechanics you may need to do some work to get it set up correctly (brakes, gears etc).

image.jpg Now the carrera is being used the massi has sat for a long time I'm trying to decide wheathrr a bike that's sat will be less reliable I know the guy has put an allez cassette on the tdf I know they are only cheap bikes but I've only a small budget

An 'allez cassette'? So... The cassette off a Specialized Allez?

Massi is still the winner in my book. From the pics there's nowt a clean wouldn't sort out.

Do you have links to the listings? Might be easier to judge with a bit more of a description.
