Looks good. Xenon is low end Campagnolo and was fazed out a while ago. You may struggle to replace parts, though I think you'd be able to use newer Veloce parts if you want to keep things cheap.

Thanks Andy the guys has it in his shed I'm sure it can all be replaced with something is there anything that you can see that won't be interchangeable ? I had a road bike for a while didn't realise how much I'd miss it ? I can't find any any info on it I'm not worried about flash stuff as long as it works!!
