I like the ones that have what I call a sweeter taste......can't stand any peaty ones.

You'll enjoy the Jura cask then, as its just like honey to me. A single cube and a square of proper dark chocolate changes your experience again. To try it, is to love it. :okay:

My current favourite on my life long journey is Balvenie Double Wood, before that Craggenmore. Both Speyside malts.

I have 3/4 bottle Balvenie sitting in the cupboard. Might need to have a dram now. Fell in love with it while riding Lejog a couple of years ago. When I got to Scotland I tried a glass of local whiskey each night. Balvenie was my favorite.
