I think from reading your posts that you keep extremely fit and do a fair bit of strength training

Are you referring to your dangly bit or your thighs.I prefer the term "meaty yet shapely" to fat.
Thighs too big for jeans of my size so I have to go for a size up, which means it's too loose at the waist.
Replied as I was typing. I was going to post a picture of a slightly more "leather" pair.Bin the jeans, just wear these:

Thats exactly it. Its starting to get expensive. In the trade it's known as 'Ball Scratchers Wear'
HTH
Good pair of combat boots and that would quite good myself.
I've worn a kilt for the odd new year and burns night do, they are super comfy. I have thought about the black kilt and boots look, I'm very tempted but just haven't had the balls (metaphoric) to go for it. The OH & kids are all dubious about the look too when i have mentioned it!Good pair of combat boots and that would quite good myself.
I used to have the same problem. It stopped after I put a wider saddle on my bike. I think my thighs must have been rubbing against the clamp bolt nuts.Anyway, I seem to have a problem where jeans quickly fail at the groun, the top bit on the inside where the legs meet. It just wears though and I end up with something that resembles a tear.
