I like Langsters - I like the ride, the price and concept - I even have an 07 model in the colour that no-one likes - "rust"
but I don't like the colour scheme of the 'london' model - it's just too much. Especially those keirin bars - std bars might tone it down a little, but probably not enough.
That Langster is evil. However I really like the industrial over-engineered look of both the Whyte and the old Kirk. Sure, it's a different aesthetic than a Pegoretti or Colnagno, but it's says more than any number of generic alu-carb clone bikes.
i quite like the Kirk, as FM says, it's different in an extreme way. i'd still rather have my Peg though, that's different in a beautiful way - slight bias there.
