Anyone got a good one?

iphone of course, none of that HTCP nonsense or whatever it's called!

Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere but truth be told I couldn't be arsed to look

Can't you just use your favourite tv listings website?

I like tvguide.co.uk (once I had tailored it for my favourite channels) but there are loads out there.

If you can wait till next year - digiguide. Digiguide isn't free I might add though.P.S you can get iphone skins I believe if you just sync it to your pc account.

I use TV Guide (the app has a heart-shaped logo). I love it because I can set my Sky+ to record remotely wherever I am and you can personalise the chanels list to include your usual selection.

www.onthebox.com is good on a laptop / PC... don't know if it will work on an eyefone though.

That's the one I got in the end - like you say, it's good because you can just select the channels you use. No ac'pete, not the pervy ones!

Sorry if I am being a bit thick here. I only have a PC.

On my computer - I can think of anything I want be it what is on TV tonight or almost any other bit of info.
Now if I have wanted whatever info before I will have the site saved, if not Google will find it. There is no pre-planning for this.

So what it it with "Apps". Somehow it seems you need to think what you may want in advance and download a special App to enable your device to find that bit of information for you.
Is that right?

If so it really sounds rubbish to me. To have what I want limited by having to think ahead and then downloading some means of access seems to be a bit useless. Instead of a device that can find anything I have a dedicated device with a limited range of pre-set tasks it can do.
