I'd argue it is
unnecessarily partial and partisan; in that it omits things, and contains a lot of spin. He chose to write it that way, he chose to edit the material he put in, in the way he wanted to. No necessity about it, he's an intelligent guy after all and made choices. About doping and about his sotry and how to tell it.
The guy is still a hero of mine though; I like a good redemption story after all, and who knows, maybe Chinese sport has redeemed itself.
