Is 19 too age to start cycling

Learned to ride at eight. Kind of stopped any kind of weekend riding when I went to university (was right by campus, never really felt the need to not walk), though I did commute by bike for all but the first few months. Born-again cyclist as of 34.
19? Plenty early enough, young whippersnapper

Yes 19 is too old, at that age you should be shuffling to the front of the queue in a Supermarket.
