Not sure where abouts you are, but Northamptonshire runs free training...If you are in this area pm me and I'll pass on the details of the guy to get in touch with (he runs a course at our school)Ask your local council if they offer free adult cycle training.
Hey guys I am new to cycling, I never tried it out because I been too reliant on public transport. However I want to start cycling for a healthier and cheaper mode of commuting, so would 19 be too late to start? I had one trail, I managed to handle it for a while, however I kept on falling a lot.
