I used the ice bike to ride to work on Monday, at 8am it was really icy.Great. Looks like sub zero temps for the 7.30 commute for the next 2 mornings. The ice spike tyres that came off after the last BFTE moved on, might have to get re-fitted tonight. It's mid March FFS! .
Your timing wasn't as good this time!I used the ice bike to ride to work on Monday, at 8am it was really icy.
Snow forecast again for the beginning of the week.
Happy Easter everyone

Let's hope it's not freezing as it is every year!
Yes, I was really proud of our city for the turnout last year!Shame no Glasgow this year.
12 noon in Edinburgh? That's a bit anti-social for anyone wanting to do a feeder ride from Glasgow! Or at least it is for those who ride at my pace. It's that time of year again, three weeks to go until the seventh Pedal on Parliament event.
Let’s make Scotland a cycle-friendly country.
Things have changed since the first PoP but we need to keep the pressure on the politicians.

I really enjoyed it last year and Mrs Slick enjoyed meeting you. It looks like she is investing in an electric bike soon so we may even have managed to cycle the while way from home if it was going ahead.Yes, I was really proud of our city for the turnout last year!
Too expensive to repeat, GCC wants a lot of money for the event
It used to be 3pm, but they had to change it because of the road closure, I think the council/police thought earlier would cause less disruption.12 noon in Edinburgh? That's a bit anti-social for anyone wanting to do a feeder ride from Glasgow! Or at least it is for those who ride at my pace.
