Poor you! Aww, get well soon! At least you're in good spirits ... also in Vicky's good care! It's no my head that hurts lol
Don't make me laugh too much, my neck is still sore from Monday's mountain biking!Could have been a lot worse; GWS Col!
A lot of people asking how the bike is. I find that a bit "bikeist" or something like that. As an HGV driver, I have to ask, how is the lorry?

Ouch.I think I've looked better lol
Sorry to hear that @Col5632 and I hope it all clears up soon. There was a clip on FB recently of someone doing much the same into the back of a driving school car...pity you didn't have something that we could compare and contrastWell today I decided it was a great idea to cycle into the back of a royal mail hgv, forks on the bike are trashed, although that's what I was told as I haven't seen it since, nothing broken but my neck and shoulders and in a world of pain, helmet has a massive crack in the middle of it too.
Sadly my camera wasn't filming at the time so no footage to show you guys
I think I've looked better lol
Just don't do it again before the wedding next year!I think I've looked better lol
I suspect that after this, Mr. Col will find it more difficult to get permission by Mrs. Col to go cyclingJust don't do it again before the wedding next year!
Not touching that one with a barge poleEveryone keeps saying it's a good job you were wearing your helmet and judging by the crack on it it's defo done it's job
Saturday and Sunday looking like good cycling weather. Today will be spent thinking up routes.
