Nothing wrong with a tripleNice bike (except for the triple chainset), and a good deal.
But it's not really that much better than your current road bike. If I was getting another, I'd be going for a bigger upgrade.

Riding onto a hump back bridge on my commute. I saw a car entering the other end of the bridge as I got round the wall and just went to pull left a bit so we could both get over, and either overcooked the turn, or struck my inside pedal or something. Ended up going over the bars and landed square on my upper right arm. Probably doing 18-20mph when I came off as the bridge is at the bottom of a hill. Still typing - though it's slower left handed
