Friday morning. Managed to avoid buying a new bike this morning by walking around shops in the rain instead buying those little essentials we all need for a trip abroad. Mates dropped their bikes off last night and all loaded on trailer with lugggae for Angus to take over. He only got back from Ventoux yesterday so almost like a commute for him.
Will try and post ride reports and pics. Rather fecking excited

I've been looking at this hotel, don't know if it's too pricey, location good with free cancellation. Various single bed rooms just depends on how many of us decide

@berty bassett in case you don't find anything it's a twin room works out at £90 each for the 2 nights I've got till the 19th for free cancellation let us know if you find a b&b cheaper.

I'll be joining but as a day trip. Can't get anyone over to look after my wife that weekend so I need to get back home.
Looks like um going to be Mr slow on rge day. Hope you all don't mind waiting for me!
You'll be fine mate. You go a lot faster tucked into a group without more effort. And it's more of a social pootle than a race anyway
