From looking at the pic i would say 60mm, but obviously Glasgow is only going to know for certain by removing the tube at the valve.

I'd buy 18-28 as they'll be a bit lighter and you don't need fatter to fill the tyre. However, why not take the tyre off, you can check the valve length and what's stamped on the current tube...simples
