Incredible sight from my back garden this morning

I took a very quiet county road today (Vicars Bridge Road) and I think I saw an eagle and it was fairly close unfortunately I never had the video camera fitted and as it was bucketing at the time I didn't fancy opening my rain jacket going to the jersey pocket and opening the plastic pocket my phone was in.

I looked out of the window this morning and seen blue sky - enough for me !

Use to have a friend at school who kept falcons. He use to buy very young chicks so as to feed the falcons fresh meat.
I did think him biting the chicks heads off a tad over the top though!
