The older I get, the faster I used to be ...
Are they too young to remember Daley Thompson whistling the national anthem?
.... yet more pedantry:thumbsdown:, actually most of them are quite old enough to remember, but may well have forgotten ........

OK - I wasn't quite accurate geographically speaking, but if you live anywhere due south or south WEST of Birmingham - say Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, S. Glos, Somerset, Wiltshire, Devon, Cornwall, and the whole of Wales - TS! My nearest store is at least an hour and a half away
another person who forgets that Wales goes always up to the North of Wales which is 30 minutes from Warrington and 45 minutes to decathlon on Orford park. or stockport which is about 45 minutes .

both of which are about the same time frame to get to for me for surrey quays ( tube or by cycle) or Lakeside.

the East of Wales is about 45 minutes ish to Brum too. where there are how many ?

Bristol to Reading is only 90 minutes It is the south west counties I feel for.

MOST of Wales isn't 30-45 minutes from a Decathlon. Bristol to Reading 90 minutes - maybe, but Decathlon is not close to M4. Is a 3 hour plus car journey really worth it to save a couple of pounds? For a bike, yes - I drove a lot further than that to check out Ribble before I ordered one. I usually go to Decathlon near Nottingham - but only to break the journey up to the far North East. There is no question about it, the west/south west are ill served, and the north and midlands well catered for.

agreed but as with most things regarding Wales the North seems to be treated as the poor cousin and forgotten about.

and if you read the last line in my post it did say i feel for the south west counties
