Yes, that's what I normally do.

I go to a Chinese store and just grab an armful of instant noodles at random to fill up the cupboard. Although my Koka ones above I didn't obtain that way. I got from my local Budgens.

Pot Noodles are a bit rubbish tbh. But if you have an urge for instant noodles and that's all that's available they will do.

I hadn't had a pot noodle of any variety since my uni days, until the other week when on impulse I picked one up in the morrisons ethnic food section. like you I went for the most un western looking packaging. i think they were of korean origin. I took it into the office for my work lunch.

Quite tasty, plenty of chili heat, a few rehydrated sweetcorn kernels a single rehydrated pea (which was odd) and some very chewy tiny bits of what may have once been carrot before the drying process. Not a lot of protein, but it did a job. I may return to the at some point.

If you have access to an Asian supermarket get some noodles from there, they are much better than Pot Noodle. And the fact that you don't really know what they are adds to the adventure.

For those worrying about my health I just had a flatbread containing the left over salad and some cold broccoli from last night's dinner with a bit of hummus. Very good. No noodles today. Variety is the spice of life.

MaMa brand (sold in Tescos) was my go-to. The hot and spicy flavour is now too much for my stomach, but the Kimchi or Mi Goreng are delicious. Nissin are also a good brand, favoured by my son who likes the chicken flavour.

pot noodles are ok but I wouldn't buy one. The classic for me was always the blue one (chicken chow mein). The sweet and sour was ok until you added the dreadful sauce sachet which tasted like vinegar mixed with dog dirt. Chicken and mushroom, ok. Curry falvour nice but technically this isn't a pot noodle, it's a pot rice

Good morning,

Today's breakfast.

This is a new one on me, the whisky not the Pot Noodle, it is Port Cask.
