Batty people? Joe24, next time I see you you're getting a proper dead leg for being a twatty little homophobe.

I'll do the other one mickle - joe could be the first rider on here with a fixed leg bike

At the recent FNRttC I had a bit of Parkin cake given to me by a rider wearing a yacf jersey. Neat jersey - great cake.

Munch not punch. Mass multi-forum ride with drop-off points. Sandal shops for the CTC, Churches for yacf, bun shops for Cyclesocial and the Cippolini and Ferret for CycleChatters...:becool: THe finale will be a cake-off at Runnymede or Bosworth Moor...somewhere like that

I trained in kickboxing, and then for a little while with an MMA gym (great fun that last one). Sadly I was rubbish at both, although I did enjoy them.

Id beat all them batty people up;)
Infact, id just sit there, talk a load of rubbish and tell them they loved me and that im the best. They would probably either drop down, or just walk off after i keep trying to get them to tell me they love me.
Which ofcourse they all will do;)
And i would make fun of their little clique so they get bored. But they would probably just sit there saying, "what clique, theres no clique here" while all kissing each others bums

Joe, yuh a good lad - thanks for taking it in good taste ! :becool:

I'm a black belt in judo and used to compete quite a lot in my younger days. The bodies a bit broken for competing now, although there is nothing better than showing the youngsters that there is some gas left in the old man yet! :becool:

What are we to use in this fight?

You all seem to be ranking yourself and saying you could win in a fight because you black belt in something where you dont actually hurt the other person, you just pretend to do the moves on them. The fact is, when it comes to an actual fight you would be rubbish, you would end up just pretending to hurt the other person, just before he slams a punch straight on you.
Bollocks to the black belt in whatever, im very good at nipple crippling and taking someone down using that.
And that is why i would win in the fights while your all there pretending to hit them, or saying, "excuse me, while i do this can you let yourself fall to the ground please?"

Uumm, have you ever tried judo? I can assure you there is no holding back!

Anyway, being black belt doesnt mean your good at fighting. When you go through the belts, you just dance around pretending to fight someone, when your actually just doing moves in the air. Not scary at all.

29 amateur full contact kickboxing fights  I wont be asking them to standstill ;)

Ok, but out of how many, and you never say if you won or not.
Kick boxing is rubbish anyway, someone could easily just nipple cripple you down.
Face it, nipple cripple is the way forward. Sorry to tell you all this, but spending so much time fake fighting is just rubbish.
Nipple cripple is the true attack

Ha!

To get my black belt (actually my points for my third Dan) I had to fight and beat three other black belts (2nd Dans) in a row without rest with a maximim points win (ippon). So nah, nah, na, nah, nah! (I've never got around to doing the theory for my third though, lazy bu&&er!)

Seriously though, to some extent you are right. Not every black belt martial artist is a good fighter. However, it does help.
